"I’m not sure why local builders use McCray lumber. It took us forever to get them to answer questions and when we had an issue with our windows, they only replaced one of them. They are an Andersen Windows reseller. Andersen windows are probably the worst windows we have ever owned. If you have high winds you will feel the air come though. Unfortunately, we are stuck with them till we can afford to replace them. Talk your builder into using someone else or pay the difference to upgrade."
