"Car got hit by a keys customer. They didn’t return any calls for months and even claimed that they tried contacting me several times. After dragging their feet for months I filed with my own insurance meaning now I have to foot the fee to use my own insurance. Not only did they have virtually no contact with me after towing my car, they are also seemingly avoiding my insurance. Keep in mind all of this is happening on a car that i still owe money on."

"My sister Pamela was in a wreck May 2023 and she was found not at fault. Her agent Glen Moore called her up around May 18th and told her she would be getting a claim check mailed to her in 2-4 weeks from the other drivers insurance company. Well in June she called him up and said she wasn't getting a check after all. Basically he stole her claim check and my sister is 89% a learng disabled on paper in Texas. I advise people to stay away from this company When my sister get back to Texas my sister is going to have this investigated!!!!and find another one!!!!!!!"
