"Miles, an employee, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the door and instantly knew what to do when I told him the key FOB for my vehicle wasn’t working. He changed the battery on my car’s FOB and walked outside to test it to make sure it worked... but nothing happened. He quickly realized the connection was coming loose and it to be soldered. I was slightly annoyed at the situation (not him) because I don’t have a soldering iron and don’t really know what I’m doing. But before my negative vibes could come up for air, Miles cheerfully told me that they have a soldering kit and could get it done right away - FOR FREE! Five minutes later my key FOB was working just as new. Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone."
