"Sent my friend there to get a battery installed in her car (a car that you have installed a battery in about four years ago). You refused to install the battery because your system tells you it's under a cowling and requires parts to be removed. I installed it myself in 5 min, and there were zero parts that needed removed, and I was able to remove it with one hand it was so light and out in the open. Clearly your installer just didn't want to go out in the cold and put the battery in for her, as you installed the battery in my mini-van and it took you an hour to remove all of the air filter hoses/box to get to it last summer! Shame on you for treating a customer this way!"
