"I was taken care of in the beginning, in last 3 to 4 yrs it has not been a good exp , they have no front desk secretary, (which is why) john shidell has been a liar, ignores calls and Sam has to pick up his slack, its disappointing, I went without insurance for over 2 weeks one time because the wrong car was dropped! (My asking) had 2 tauruses, I feel bad for Sam, he is a super nice guy, I feel he is taken advantage of my John. I think john needs to step up and take care of his customers! Stop using Sam as backup! Its greed when you have too many customers, cant take care if them and use sam as backup!"

"Sam and Wendy dropped the ball on me!! I changed banks for the monthly withdrawal and a number was transposed or wrong. Removed a car also. I went on vacation checked my Bank statements saw no withdrawal figured it was because Sam rewrote my Policy and off a month. I got home from my trip and found house and auto canceled.I have never had this happen in my life. I went 7 days without Ins. I drove 1400 miles without Ins!!!! I could have lost everything!!!Then I was charged $75.00 to reinstate. Never got a phone call or an Email to let me know I was going to be cancelled That is why I no longer have them for an agent"
