Showing me how to do it. Plus I think the protection plan is a good investment. I had a wonderful experience there. Everyone was smiling and helpful. I am not mechanically inclined so I find these places intimidating. I was put at ease by all the staff. I highly recommend this store. You can't go wrong. I plan to be back."
