"First time customer here, and this appeared to be a one or two mechanic shop, although somebody was making an oil run because they had run out of a particular type. My State Inspection only took about 5 minutes and had me quickly on my way to the DMV. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that they don't take credit cards which I missed seeing posted. No worries though given the speed, especially considering that I had just come from Firestone in Raytown where they said the wait for inspection could be up to 2-3 hours! To contradict other poster, the man working was polite and jolly and seemed to know the other customer there well. He was definitely working hard that day but his attitude was great!"
