"Great front desk service. Kit did a great job taking care of us in an emergency situation since we were from out of town. My daughter suggested them and said they have always been great to her. The only thing I was unhappy about was that I took my old tires and they still charged me for disposal fees. Guess they needed the money more than I did."

"I realize it was a Sunday morning and that a technician had just quit. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and it wasn't until after 10:30 that my vehicle was even brought in and then it took another couple of hours to get the tires mounted and balanced. Unless the store is independently owned the franchise holder needs to have technicians from another location assist as the location I was at was losing a lot of business being understaffed."

"I've been coming here since 2018 & I keep coming because they do great work. Absolutely great work! The staff is very professional and helpful. Especially Mr. Kit Parrot. Even while doing a million things. Answering the phone, dealing with customers & talking with staff. He remains calm, never looses his cool & stays polite. They tell you what needs to be fixed. All of it, lol. All of it? Yes, all of it. But they tell you what is wrong & the price it would cost to fix it. So there's no surprise charges, which I really like. I came because I needed a tire but I have been coming back for all my car service needs since. The have outstanding mechanics. One of the mechanics I have known my whole life 30+ years and I come back because of him & Mr. Kit. Ger the lifetime alignment if you can afford it because over time it pays for its self. Especially if your roads are raggedy like Kansas City"

"My friends SUV needed 2 new tires. Not driving right and next day saw they were the wrong size. Then ice roads next day. He was very distressed The following day my husband and I took it back (several miles) and left it overnight. Correct tires were put on and the store manager did the right thing and covered the cost difference for the larger correct tires."
