"I pressed the assistance button TWICE for the locked away beauty products, and no one ever came to help. Then went to the checkout and employees were just standing around. Absolutely horrible customer service."

"Employees here are like trolls. They are constantly on their phones, standing around doing nothing. Meanwhile there are no carts available because all the carts are in the parking lot. No baskets either because the Employees are too busy playing on their phones and stuffing their face. Then at checkout a troll stands right next to you chugging their drink 3 feet away from you. When you tell them to get away from you, they laugh and roll their eyes. Go here for the laughable Gen z trolls entertainment. Gross"

"Update 2 months later. Store has even stronger smell of mold. Someone really needs to investigate and close down the store till the issue is taken care of. Not the greatest store to begin with but with the remodeling the store is now atrocious! Smells strongly of mold and not enough employees kept on hand to keep up with anything. Store was fairly empty but there wasn’t one cart available."
