"Took my Kirby here on recommendation of the Kirby company. After a week of hearing nothing from them I called to find out what was going on and the guy got all hostile about me being curious. After 5 minutes of him interrupting me and not listening to my concerns I just asked to come pick up my vacuum and told him not to worry about fixing it. He insisted on fixing it for free and that he’d get it back to me later that week, but then asked if he did fix it if we’d pay a $30 tune up fee which we agreed to. When we got it back it was in worse condition than when we took it in. It is completely unusable now. Not only do they have horrible customer service I now have to send my vacuum in to have it rebuilt because it’s in such bad shape. While in the shop, to pick up the vacuum, we overheard the clerk way over charging an old man for vacuum bags. Don’t waste your time or money here."

"Absolutely rude lady on the phone. Tried to ask her a question about my carpet cleaner, she was too busy interrupting me every other word. I bought a BISSELL green machine. I used to to soak up water and after multiple passes (this is brand new btw) my carpet seems soaked still. I wanted to ask if there is only so much suction these things will pick up, and maybe it takes a while to dry??? or if it really shouldn’t leave much moisture, therefore needing a repair. I get you can’t diagnose over the phone. I’m simply asking, if water spilled and I did 10 passes should be fairly soaked still? Or is that insane that it’s still so wet so obviously there’s something wrong with machine. Yes that’s common with that machine, or no it’s not common. But I guess interrupting someone on the phone is more important. What a shame, as I had a Dyson that needs repaired and we cannot get our hands on a missing part. But looks like I’ll be bringing nothing to this business."

"I dropped my Kirby for repair at their OP location. I got it back and was still having issues with it. I spoke to Dave on the phone and immediately felt he knew his business and completely honest on giving me suggestions on my next alternative. I ended up driving up to Gladstone so they could fix my issue the same day. I left with my Kirby working like new and a new hand held Sanitaire. Dave and his team were amazing!"
