"If I could give them zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional establishment I've visited in a long time.The cursing at each other and name calling was absolutelyridiculous! I called my order of 6 Buffalo wings, fries, and a drink in at 10:16pm. By 11pm, I was over it. Those children are so rude and unprofessional. The young lady the manager called "light skin" forgot to put my order in after I had already been waiting 20 minutes. After I heard the manager say, "did you put Tayler order in?" I asked if they were just now putting my order in. The young lady said yes, with no remorse. I was so upset. I waited for an apology that never came. After 20 more minutes, I decided to leave. I will not give my money to people that treat me this way. There was only one person that was professional and helpful the whole time and her name was Felicia. I will never visit this establishment again and I encourage others not to as well. They have to learn to value their customers that keeps them employed."

"Never again will I order from this place! The bbq wings were dry and hardened from the warming lamp, as though they were left there for hours. Food was missing from UNSEALED bag (Door Dash driver?). Amanda was nice, but the district manager NEVER returned my call. One star rating was EARNED! A very rude male employee stated they don't give partial refunds. He claimed to be an assistant manager. Really? He obviously needs more customer service training. He lied and claimed I cursed at him. As a Christian, I'm offended by his lie. As an articulate and reasonable adult, I'm perfectly capable of speaking and making a point, without the use of foul language. Overland Imo's Pizza has MUCH BETTER wings and fries, with fantastic customer service and their own delivery drivers. Lesson learned."

"I had an OK experience compared to other WingStop. Food was hot and done right! Cooking crew and manager were great. However the young lady taking my order was not friendly or enthusiastic to be doing so. Suffesr moving her to the kitchen or get someone more customer service minded as your initial contact person."

"Update: 5/13/22 the wings are small and cooked so hard you can't eat them, the fries are also over cooked, seems like this is happening at many locations, they will not get business from me at any location at this point this is happening to often since my last review below. The food I good but I may come eat here once or twice per year, an 8 piece meal with two added rolls is a $17$ meal for one person, way to expensive, so I don't give them my business like before, a 10 piece used to be $12 bucks after tax this is ridiculous."
