"Choose another store if possible, often long wait times because someone wants 10 different scratch offs along with redeeming their previous 3$ winnings (other stores have machines so these people don't slow everything down) or the abnormally high number of defective coffee cups from here have me avoiding."

"Was always a fast paced location. Everything was well stocked and walked in and recieved great sercive fast and easy. Lately when I have to visit this location now is drag. From the moment I walk in the door seeing a crowd of people lined up to be checked out by 1 cashier only to find that they do not have what I need. The worst part about it is I've had to wait the last 3 times I've visited to for tea to be brewed after telling them that they were out. Hope you guys make an improvement."
