"Sat in line for 10 minutes... Only to hear they are out of corn and bake potatoes. Order battered fish and fries... Fries was old and cold..broccoli cold... fish was end of the bag fish... the 2 pieces were about the size of one of the fish they advertised on the picture.... be cautious when visiting this location. Picture is how I received it from store minus one of the fish..."

"Overpriced, chicken was dark brown from the old grease and small, the side portions were very small. The cole slaw was warm and fries cold for having to wait 10 minutes. Floor and table was sticky. Only thing decent was the fish definitely smaller then it used to be and for more money."

"Went about 50 minutes before closing on Christmas eve. Cashier great attitude, kind, and didn't rush is. Food good, hot, and corn wasn't over cooked. Workers were not loud in kitchen. First time at this location. I don't know if I just went on the right day! Great job!"

"The server at the window was super pleasant and polite. Super! However, I ordered the cajun catfish sandwich with fried okra. The okra was mostly battered and fried rinds. Not edible by no stretch of the imagination. My bun looked like what I do when I step away and forget it’s in the skillet warming. In this case, I legitimately paid for a burnt bun. I was stunned. Why not just start over and try it again?"

"Captain D's on Page continues to serve as my reliable choice for a satisfying lunch. I enjoyed my usual selection today - the 2 piece battered fish accompanied by hush puppies, slaw, and fries. As always, the fish and fries were served hot and fresh, just the way I like it. Coupled with the consistent good service, Captain D's continues to be a favorite for a tasty, quick lunch."
