"I bought a chicken meal for my father. They had an advertised special. I asked the manager if she could give two of the same pieces. She had a very nasty attitude. I think she was having a bad day or just tired of answering the same question. Each encounter with a customer is an opportunity to make that person's day. It takes a special type of person to deal with the public. I am grateful that I am old enough to remember customer service."
"I've been to many different 'Low income' areas for Church's Chicken. This location Is Decent at best with 3/5 service, my food was over cooked (Over Fried Okra) which was a first Anywhere.. chicken strips were chewy, so 2/5 and Parking is a Nightmare and very small facility even for a Grab and Go Chicken Joint."

"Worst CHURCHES experience ever! I visited the location in Overland, Mo and order the 10 piece thigh and leg special plus two large sides for $20.00. The chicken was barley bigger than the ketchup and spicy sprinkles package and was dried out. I called the store to get a refund but they didn’t answer the phone. This is absolutely disrespectful that they put these underdeveloped pieces of chicken in the box. The macaroni was decent."
