McDonald's

"I tried getting a quick meal from this location, apparently quick isn't an option. I had to pull up to wait. 10 minutes later and multiple orders going to those behind me I just went in to get it, and it's miraculously ready immediately when I walk in. They told us to wait, then forgot about us. Real nice morning visit, it will be my last to this location. I also suggest not pulling forward when they ask you to, just tell them you'll wait at the window for them to get your food ready, otherwise they'll forget about you."

"Everyone has to order at the kiosk when they go inside to eat and the kiosk is very hard to use and understand especially of first time user!!!! I stayed and helped an elderly lady for over 15 mins place her order, which was only 1 qtr pounder meal. Then I even had a male in his early to mid 20's ask me how to use it. The customer service was outrageously just rude and non existent to be honest. I'll definitely be choosing a different McDonald's the next time I go there because, well hopefully, it'll be worth the extra mile drive, to have better customer service."

"I've been to this McDonald's two days in a row. All I order is a Sausage biscuit and request that my biscuit is soft (it's sad, but you have to ask because they will give you a hard biscuit). I went yesterday 12/18/23. I did what I always do and politely asked for a soft biscuit. The young lady that too my money always have an unpleasant disposition, but the lady that gave me my food was great! Friendly, quick, and asked if I needed anything else (this never happens at the window at McDonald's). But as I drove away, I felt my sandwich through the paper, and the biscuit was hard. I couldn't eat it. I threw it away. I will not be back."

"Upon arrival, no one was working the front and we had to order in the kiosk. There was a lady who couldn’t figure it out and no one took the time to simply take her order. We tried to find a seat to sit at and all of the tables and seats were dirty. They got someone promptly to wipe them off, but the rag used left lint all over the table and they didn’t wipe off the seat. They didn’t have our drink or condiments we ordered. They got our order wrong by actually giving us 2 happy meals instead of 1. There was no ketchup available for anyone eating in or carrying out, at all. The following is by my wife: "When I went to the restroom the smell of sewage was extremely strong. I saw the manager and when she finished using the restroom she walked right by me at the sink, put a bunch of sanitizer in her hand, and then walked out." I will say all of the employees were very nice and appeared to be working hard. The manager did try to resolve the issue of my drink by offering something different. She also offered up a condiment alternative but didn’t bring it. The fries weren’t salted, but the food was hot and good. However, I never would have eaten it if I would have known employees didn’t wash their hands ."

"I ordered at the same kiosk two people ordered at literally right before me. They got whole meals and drinks. I ordered six nuggets and a coffee. 40 minutes after they got their meals I was still waiting for mine. While three employees were talking about how there are too many employees there and that they were leaving and continued out the door. I had to leave to get back to work and never got my food. Paid for it but never got it for the SECOND time."
