"I was having a Circuit breaker problem. Every time I would turn my microwave on it would trip the breaker. So I called AB May and was very politely greeted by a woman named Angela on the phone. She was able to schedule me two days out and the day that I had someone come my electrician was Jeremy. He was very kind. He went downstairs to look at my circuit box and Realized that an old contractor had painted over the whole thing. So instead of charging me a hefty fee just to cut out the wall to look behind the circuit breaker, he ball parked with me on my microwave. He ended up finding out that my circuit breaker was fine. I had a faulty microwave. So I think that they had wonderful customer service. They had wonderful technicians, and I truly appreciate the fact that instead of just being “let me break up your wall and figure this out”…he ball parked other ideas before doing so. I would highly recommend them and any future electrical problems that I may have. I will definitely be using them hopefully and Jeremy again he was a very kind person."

"Well, my furnace gave out after 22 long years. The service, sales and installers were all professional and has great customer service skills. There were no high pressure sales, just provided me with options to make a sound decision. I decided to replace both ac/ furnace. The techs were courteous, worked quickly and made sure I understood how everything worked before wrapping up the job. They even sing pretty good."

"We returned from a trip to find a lightly toasted breaker box after an AC breaker didn't trip when it should have. We were very lucky it wasn't an electrical house fire. Power to the whole house needed to be shut down for safety. We were able to call in at 9pm to get an appointment for the next morning and before 3pm the next day, a new breaker panel was installed and power restored! The technician who completed my job, Joseph Maya, was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation, going above and beyond to ensure we had power back that same day. He even returned to the job, after needing to leave for an existing appointment to have a root canal, to put on the finishing touches. 10/10 recommend!"
