They are honest, up-front about everything that is/is not included and allow you to make your plan work for your budget and needs. I cannot say enough about this company!"

"This is one of the best home protection company you ever need. Compare to any home protection companies in the market currently this company surpasses all of them. I didn't find any company whcih supports your appliances also. Leave your current home protection subscription and join Complete appliance protection. You can choose service person of your choice if this organization doesn't find you service person you need. prompt reimbursement"

"Stay away! Okay for small ticket repairs but a scam for larger repairs. Company will deem higher cost repairs uneconomic to repair and provide a small payout only. Not helpful or worth the monthly payment. Save yourself money and disappointment by not using Complete Protection."

"CP home warranty initiates the policy at inspection, which is ridiculous because we didn't settle until 3 months later. Then they said you had to have the work done and paid for within the small amount of time left. What a rip off, typical insurance company looking for any excuse not to pay a claim!!!"

"I was provided an authorization code in advance and then they denied my claim. What is the point of having a warranty if they just find a way out of it? Their technician "Ashley" stated my authorization code was not an authorization code, despite me reading the email to her. She refused to give me supervisor information and then hung up on me. I attempted to call back twice and no technicians have picked up since. They are clearly a scam company and their employees are unprofessional. My experience does not matter to them, but hopefully my review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did by giving them my business. I contacted my realtor, a family friend, so that she and her clients will no longer use Complete Protection. I told every person in the market for a home and/or warranty about my experience too because in this economy, with inflation so high, it's inhumane to take someone's hard earned money, give them false reassurance that they are protected, and then deny a valid claim."
