"Stepped up to wait in line for a table in the dining room and two separate groups of people ahead of us say they were waiting for a good 10 minutes and hadn’t been acknowledged. Both parties left and said they’ll find somewhere else. We stood there for about three minutes. No acknowledgment. We flagged down a waitress shortly after they left to ask what the wait was for a table, she rushed passed and rudely said, I don’t know. No “Be with you in a second.” Just I don’t know. If it were busy or understaffed I would completely understand but We can see that there were AT LEAST 10 tables open and open seats at the bar. While standing at the sign that says, wait to be seated. And 3 different workers saw us standing there, or tried not to. We really wanted BBQ and had our taste buds set on this place so we ordered carry out. Food came out hot and was good. The staff up front saved this review from 1 star. Good luck getting any from the 2 groups ahead of us. But the customer service from the dinning area has to do better."

"Was recommended the PK Sandwich with burnt ends for the meat. It did not disappoint. As someone who doesn't normally like BBQ, it was a great sandwich. For the side I got the fried cornbread bites and they were great as well."

"Burnt End BBQ is a cute dine in place located at the mall and next to Westin! Staying at the westin we were able to explore what was nearby. We were able to find Burnt Ends BBQ because of course Missouri is known for their barbecue! And of course that’s what we got! The bbq ends were delicious the staff were so delightful and helpful. Definitely would recommend again to visitors and people who are looking for a quick lunch with good vibe’s."

"Great BBQ if you are staying at the Westin or just in the area, they put down some great stuff. The pork burnt ends were tender with just a little char. the mac and cheese was perfect, very creamy. the loaded potato salad was very good, I was not expecting it to be warm but great flavor. ribs were tender with good smoke flavor and pulled east from the bone. the brisket had a great smoke ring and great flavor. no need for and sauce with any of it, but if you want to, their very own sauce has a bold smoke flavor that complemented the meal. John was a very helpful and quick server with great knowledge of the items on the menu."
