The technician who came out, Derek, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and made recommendations for regular maintenance. The repairs were done pretty quickly and the cost was reasonable as well. As a newer home owner it was a relatively low stress interaction, and I'll definitely be having them come out to do regular maintenance checks and repairs :-)"

"Very prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Prices were within the normal standard for repairs thank you once again for sending out both of the repairmen. I had an electrical wiring problem to the thermostats that they readily solved. Only other problem was easily solved, pilot light had blown out a couple of times. "Absolutely phenomenal work done by George B. At KB Complete. George provided us with some miscellaneous electrical work such as installing another ceiling light fixture in our upstairs hallway, tracking down and fixing lack of voltage to lights in our storage/HVAC room as well as a bad outlet in the bedroom, and adding a bathroom vanity fixture to our master bath. We also had a million questions about other work we potentially need down the line, and he also provided us with plenty of evidence of shoddy electrical work that was done to our home before we moved in by flippers. George is incredibly knowledgeable and I would feel comfortable putting any of my future electrical/plumbing needs in KB Complete’s hands. Although we didn’t get other bids on the work recently done, I’m fairly confident the price for the work done was very reasonable. KB Complete also provides a service agreement that includes twice yearly servicing of AC and furnace at a low price - and savings on any additional electrical/plumbing work done. "The folks at KB Complete did a great job for us. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They quickly diagnosed my problem and provided an estimate to repair. Unfortunately this meant it was time to replace my 25-year-old furnace. Another guy came and looked things over and made a couple of recommendations. He got me set up to install a new furnace the next morning. The install crew tore out my old furnace and installed a new one. The new furnace is working well. Their workmanship is quite good. Their cleanliness is quite good. These are good people doing important work and I appreciate them, especially in December."
