"Sam and Jason were awesome. To be honest, I was skeptical about having LBA back out due to an experience 2 years ago but Sam and Jason were fantastic and, I'd say, completely redeemed LBA. Last time, it felt like all they wanted was to sell me 10s of thousands to dig up my yard but I just needed a 200$ line clean. Despite Jason running into a hiccup, he had Sam "the drain guy" come out first thing the next morning and take care of it. Both were super courteous, didn't mind me hanging out and asking questions. My only complaint would be, while I appreciate them getting Jason out very quickly... It would have made more sense to just wait for the drain guy to be available. A week ago I would have said don't call LBA but thanks to Sam and Jason, they'll be the first place I call next time."

"Hearing LBA's commercials about perfection brought me to write this review. It's been around ten years since I bought my furnace and ac. In talking to the salesman, we discussed efficiency ratings as one normally does. I chose a high-efficiency option. I chose it for a reason. One challenge was how to vent the air intake so it was away from windows, etc. My house is a side split level. The salesman wasn't sure how it could be done, so he said he'd talk with the owner and get it figured out. On the day of installation, before heading to work, I asked the techs about how they were doing to vent it. They assured me it didn't matter and that one of them was doing the same at his house. I was skeptical. Of course, a few weeks later when another tech came to do a follow-up check, I asked if that was true. He confirmed it would NOT be as efficient. The very thing I wanted. Perfection? Not in my experience."
"Unfortunately, we have had nothing but trouble with LBA. We had our furnace and AC unit replaced summer of 2023 costing nearly $17,000. Scott came out to our home and was nothing but sexiest as he continued to tell me he could not speak to me without my husband present. Our warranty was supposed to be 10years and the paperwork said 2. After multiple calls and emails about getting this fixed and promises it would be done, we took it above to a supervisor who finally fixed the issue after 3 months. When services were completed we were happy with the workers who came out as they were very professional and kind. December of 2023 we realized there was lots of water damage in the ceiling of our basement along with mold growing in the ceiling and dry wall. This was due to LBA not sealing a pipe. Additionally, the connection to the outside of our home was not done properly so there was a gap around the pipe leading into our home. LBA did come out and fix the problem through an additional contractor. Recently we set up an appointment to have our yearly inspection done and had a text confirming date and time. On the day of the service they had us down for TWO of the wrong times and told us they would return our call which never happened. This company has horrible customer service and we regret ever doing business with them. Mistakes happen but the ongoing lack of care, respect, and concern is beyond me. They take full advantage of customers. I would stay clear."
