"My subaru wouldn't start. Had AAA jump start it. When I called Trip at Sailors, he said to go ahead and bring it in for a look. I trusted him completely. He didn't have see any problems but wanted to keep it over night to see if it would start in the morning. It did, thank goodness. He just wanted to make sure all was well. "An auto part shop sent me here in the midst of a melt down because I thought my car was breaking down. I was instantly greeted by Kip who was calm, cool, collected and was able to get me in right away. The work was done right and in a timely manner. What mattered the most to me was that he didn’t try to pull one over on me since I am a young woman that doesn’t know any better and was by myself. Although I was able to get my dad involved I still believe Kip would’ve performed honest work no matter what. An old fashion ma and pa type shop that you can trust."
