"These guys are great. I bought an older LS400 and i instantly had to get the timing belt service done as it hadn't been done in over 100k miles. They did a general inspection and were honest with me. I used to work on all of my own cars, but with getting a job and working loads of overtime, I needed a shop that would work on my vehicle like I would. I referred my good friend that just got an 06 LX460 to this shop and he had equally great results. I took my car in again for suspension/brake service last week as I was going on vacation. After i picked up the car, I noticed that the car veers to the right a bit on the highway when I let go of the steering wheel. I called them the next day, and exact performance is going above and beyond to make the issue right this Friday. Dillon is great to work with and answers all of my questions. He's an honest guy that listens to your concerns. They won't try to rip you off like a certain Lexus dealer in the area. They called me to see if I was coming to have it fixed the first time but never called back to see if they could see why it wasn’t fixed. $958 fixed what? The invoice has lights were check? No mention I have a light out."
