"Where do I begin? The restaurant was dirty, floors, counters, and tables. OK, maybe they got slammed and just haven't been able to catch up. Empty dried out looking metal pans. Poor kid had to go to the grill to get our extremely dry steak. We picked the less dirty table and sat down. Halfway through my bowl, I encountered something weird in my mouth. Looked like chicken with the consistency of rubber. Then all of a sudden the worst sound ever when you are eating is someone harking up phlegm and sneezing. We turned to look, and it was an employee. At this point, we are thoroughly grossed out and just tossed the rest of our food and left..."

"Food was well really made! Much better experience than prior visits to this location. Ordered 3 burrito bowls and all of them had the correct ingredients. The bowls were neat and filled to the brim. Shoutout to the employees who worked that night!"

"For the Love of food, I don't understand why so many people like Chipotle, the food is not that good. They tried to give me some type of mystery meat that looks like steak. When asked about to meat they said it was a new meat, so they gave me a sample and it tasted like steak but it wasn't steak. I believe it was some of Bill Gates mystery meat. And has anyone noticed the fat on the meat? Chipotle's is overrated in the food is garbage."

"If you like Chipotle, if you like fast service, if you like your order to be accurate…go to a different Chipotle. I have regularly tried to order from this Chipotle for our group order. Our food is never ready when the app says it will be. This time they shorted our order the chips we paid for and didn’t get half our burrito bowls correct. We will be ordering from another chipotle from now on. There’s literally another Chipotle a half mile the other direction."

"The lady who stands at the beginning of the line, makes you wait while is filling online orders as customers are standing in front of her ready to place on order. I assume she is a manager or the owner. I asked for a side of guacamole today and was ready to pay for it. However, the same lady did not give it to me and falsely claimed that she had placed guacamole on my veggie bowl when she heard the cashiers saying that guacamole comes with the veggie bowl. I was ready to pay for a side of guacamole but as soon as she was told that I don’t need to pay for it, she falsely claimed that she had already placed it in my bowl and did not give me my side guacamole. This is very dishonest way of doing a business and she basically stole guacamole from my food for her own profit!! She needs to know that she is WRONG!! She basically lied to me in front of my own eyes!! I should have asked her to open the lid and let me verify it; but I trusted her. I came home and there was NO guacamole on my bowl?!?!?!"
