"Have been to this location several times, but usually using the drive-through. Tonight we ate in and can’t say enough about the experience! We like the food, but are still trying to figure out which chicken dishes are our favorites. But the service was impeccable. It was our first time ordering from the kiosk, and Eric was incredibly helpful and friendly. He talked us through the process as there are a few quirks, and made it as smooth as possible. He was smiling, welcoming, and really added to the experience. The food was fresh and came out lightning fast. We ordered large portions, so there would be yummy leftovers for lunch! The lobby could not have been cleaner, and I really enjoyed the decor, especially the tropical wallpaper. We hadn’t been here in a while, but after this experience, we will be back sooner rather than later. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience at a time when the service industry really seems to be suffering."
