"I’ve ordered take out from here 3 times and each time the food was not ready by the time it said it would be. Which is normally not a big deal but all three times I’ve had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes from that pick up time which is pretty crazy. (Ex. Order is scheduled to pick up at 6:30. I get there at 6:30. Not ready. I wait in the lobby until 7:10 before the food is finally ready and given to me.)"

"Only been to this location twice so far. First time it was for lunch. No issues. Great experience. Second time was on Thursday of the first Chiefs game of the season. There were 30+ people waiting in the lobby and our name wasn’t even on the cooking wait list yet. Seems like their system doesn’t have any limit on orders and they were clearly overwhelmed. We Just grabbed a refund and got out of there. The employees were nice and working their hardest but just couldn’t keep up with the obscene amount of orders that all seemed they were for the same time slot. They should probably have a max amount of orders per 15 minute time slot that are allowed in the system."

"Today is opening day. We were very excited about this location opening, even though it is a go location. They do have limited seating available inside. We ordered online around 5:30 for an online pick up at 6:30 and they were so backed up that people were saying that their order was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes ago. Our order ended up being 45 minutes late, but given it is their first day, I expected hiccups. We will not let this experience keep us from coming back, however I would say give them some time to work out the kinks. Updated 7/21/22. We did a mobile order again. The food was supposed to be ready at 6:50 and they told us it would be at least 30 more minutes, if not an hour."
