"The level of customer service has gone downhill over the last several years. While VW is still a solid car maker, this particular dealership leaves quite a bit to be desired. I was one of the their first customers when they opened up after losing their Chrysler dealership. However, the cars are overpriced and therefore I buy my VW’s elsewhere despite BB being closer to my home. This is why I would prefer to have my cars serviced here. Not any more, they openly discourage servicing cars that weren’t purchased at BB. I’d love nothing more than BB to lose the right to sell VW just like they did Chrysler. I will drive to Molle or Lee Summit before giving BB any more of my money."
