"Went to get a new battery for my truck and the guy plugged the cables in wrong and sparked the battery and now truck won’t start. Sitting in the parking lot overnight to probably have to get towed to mechanic to figure out what he did to it. They know they are 100% at fault and still tried saying it wasn’t their fault. Truck was completely fine except for needing new battery when I drove it in and now it won’t start and all the error messages are coming on. The guy kept saying how he hopes he didn’t just ruin my truck and that he over rode the safety precautions and that’s why the battery was sparking when he hooked it up wrong."

"Went in to pick up some Hood Supports for my 98 Ford F150. Slade assisted me in the purchase and also showed me how to adjust the support to fit. At the end he even offered to put them on for me, and through his efforts it started raining but he continued until it was completed. I just wanted to THANK him for going above and beyond. Ron G"

"I have zero idea how this store is still running, the two men were so disorganized, we had a part on hold that they couldn’t find for me, never pulled the part and originally gave me the wrong part. My boyfriend went in they found the part on hold then gave a 10% discount. There were other people in there that went to look for their own parts due to the insufficiency of the workers. I will only return to this location if I have to but there are better locations I’m more likely to go to"
