I was very pleased with his professionalism. He was very respectful and took special care not to scratch the wood floors when pulling out the stove. "This is by far the worst, most unprofessional service I have ever worked with. My fridge went out so I called the company for repair. Vicky who answered was extremely unhelpful and said "Well we only have one repairman, and I don't know if he will be in your area (I live 20 minutes from Monett). I'll put you on the list, earliest would be next Tuesday." How do you not know where your ONE repair man is for the day?!?! Five days later on Tuesday (now been without a fridge for almost two weeks living out of coolers) I call and Vicky says: "oh, I'll text him and give you a call back today". I waited for a few hours, heard nothing. I called back and she was very rude saying "Well he is not going to be in your area today, maybe next week sometime." THATS WHAT YOU TOLD ME LAST WEEK!!! Like don't you have ANY kind of scheduling system or communication with your ONE freaking repairman!?? I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY if you want any service, who even knows if they have a real repair man working. But don't worry, Vicky will text them for you and never call you back."
