"Update!!! All the below has been fixed and I'm now a lifelong customer. In fact I just had an end table delivered. I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 5. They actually delivered my recliner a day earlier than promised and my end table the same day I ordered it. After talking to my old friend Josh I understand now that the first situation was beyond their control. The website let me purchase a recliner that was not in stock. So that was a simple tech error and it happens. *****Original message follows***** I had a heart attack and 2 strokes recently and have lost some mobility. I had to order a new recliner because I can't get out of my old chair without dropping to the floor and picking myself up I was hoping to get it that day because it said it was in stock but later in the day found that have to wait for Monday till Friday. That's a bit disappointing considering I ordered something that I thought was in stock in Monett. The gentleman explain to me that they had sold the last one earlier but that didn't trigger the count to say it was unavailable. I went ahead and accepted the chair but think I should have been given an option. I went ahead and accepted that fate of Friday delivery even though I'm not happy about it."
