"WARNING ⚠️ Great place but 1 star So this is seen… be vigilant to who works for your company…soon you will find out a employee that works for you Donald Adamson is a child predictor proof was given some time ago by his own daughter to Monett police department… He has bought explicit child videos and pictures over 300 found on just 1 device… this is a warning ⚠️ so you don’t feel blind sided when they are finished getting what they need to make the arrest… Feel free to email me if you would like proof and that will NOT include any illegal images or video of children only pictures of his gmail and his search history."

"Soo Frustrating…. Not a single Lumber cart available for plywood. There was freight all over the store, to the point the pallets had to be moved by my father to get the products I needed. Not one single employee asked to help, and they were standing around doing absolutely nothing productive!"

"I registered in advance on Lowes’ website for my kids to do the trunk or treat that was scheduled for today. Spent hours getting my kids ready to show up in costume only for there to be ONE booth at the front of the store that passed out 2 candies to each of my kids. No employee could give us any information on this event or if there were other booths throughout the store or fun activities for kids to do. So my husband asked to talk to a manager. The manager working today at 10am was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. He didn’t care that he upset my kids and even said “ya it’s one booth. This is just something fun for the kids.” Yet he could clearly see my kids were disappointed and upset so exactly how is that fun for kids? I’m very disappointed that Lowe’s would say they have a fun event for kids and led kids on especially making people register in advance just to show up for 2 pieces of candy. Due to the hateful customer service and treatment of our children, we will no longer be shopping here."
