I have purchased all of my stihl equipment through coast to coast, everytime I walk in the door I'm greeted by all the staff like family, and whether I'm having a key made, browsing around or having chainsaw work done, all the staff is freindly, and helpful. All the mechanics are knowledgeable, honest and won't pressure you into buying something you don't want/need.
