"The most rude person ive ever met in my life. Have lived in Monett for over 20 years this was my first visit. I did not know I had to know everything about cars before walking into this shop. He sure did make it clear everything was done his way or no way. Every simple question I asked was answered with the worst attitude he has no people skills whatsoever. Someone should teach him some manners. An attitude change is highly recommended on how you treat your customers. Wow responds by saying "sorry we do not do illegal exausts" we believe you have the wrong customer. Friendly tire was able to replace my muffler without any issues on my Tundra."
