"My oil was last changed on my newer Toyota Tundra at this location. When the aluminum oil filter housing was removed for an oil changetoday, we discovered that the stainless steel strainer on the cap had been partially crushed. Best guess it dropped when it was being unscrewed and removed. This $60+ part was obviously damaged however the tech went ahead and installed it. There was no mention of any issue, they just sent me on my way."

"They did a good job but when you see it's a half quart low to a qt low and you tell the young man and he said let me recheck it doesn't bother to whip off the dip stick and sticks it back in and holds the dip stick up and let's the oil run to where it's supposed to be other then that they did a good job and thought it was awesome to see woman doing oil changes don't see that to much in Texas and found oil prints on the hood"

"The worst service I have ever received from a Valvoline. Don't go replacing the battery here, if your car is electric, as most cars are now. I warn you that you run the risk of having a bad job done. They wanted to put the battery in my car without being sure that the computer wouldn't be damaged. A black man with long hair said, "I'll take out the battery and put it in and what happens is their problem." Then a black hair woman comes out, and says "nothing is going to happen". When they know that the car's computer could have been damaged. Anyway, I told them that I didn't agree and they didn't do the service...Very unprofessional. They should respect their manager, do what he tells them and be professional. zero stars."

"I arrived for an oil change and told them my tire pressure light was on. They up sold me on air filters and in the end never took care of the tire pressure. I guess I'll have to go take care of that myself."
