"The night before we blew a tire and had a stresful evening finding help from other tire shops. We arrived at Firestone right when they opened, they had our tire size but could only get us in til 1. Burt told us if anything cancels he will squeeze us in. We walked for breakfast across the way, and as soon as we left Burt calls to tell us our car is ready, he had a couple cancellations and put us in immediately. He also claimed that he knew the manager at the store that refused to help the night before and said he would reach out to them. It's so wonderful to see someone go above and beyond after we felt so defeated. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK, BURT. You made our morning and we were able to get home to Springfield, MO with ease."

"Blatant disrespect, failure to do requested work, failure to give paperwork documentation of work perform when requested, poor customer service on every level, and sadly the employee named nick checking me out was beyond rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and the exact reason why this store is terrible at work performed and overall rating. This individual (NICK at Olathe k7 location) has offended me, my family, and other customers on multiple occasions and yet he still has a job. Very sad how firestone used to be a valued auto repair facility yet now they cant even do a courtesy check correctly (or at all in most cases!)"

"The tech used an impact on my oil plug. It's a miracle I got the thing off without stripping it. I was going to let that go but then they did the same thing to a friend. Only his was stripped. New oil pan set him back $700. This location used to be great. I guess times have changed."

"Called in this morning about a problem. The guy on the phone trying to be smart with me saying maybe we can get to it today maybe we can try to fix it. Well I forgot Firestone and tires plus are the same place. Both of them are a joke. Going going to a dealership and pay for better service. I know they won’t say Maybe and try to be smart. I refuse to drive a truck that is leaking gas for a maybe. Don’t bother they going here Maybe they need to close there doors."
