"I've never seen anyone work harder to find & fix a problem! We are an hour away & Rob came several times to try to fix our furnace issue. Rather than say, better just get a new furnace, he ended up taking it out & fixed it at home. He will work till the job is done & done right & charges very fairly. Highly recommend! "This gentleman was able to squeeze me in at the end of a very long day for him. He didn't make it over until after supper and stayed until after 10pm!! He was bothered by the fact he couldn't figure out why my jack wasn't receiving signals. In the end the jack was not fixed(later found I needed a new motor). He charged me a very fair price for the time and effort he put in."

I was expecting for him to say he either didn’t service our area or that it would be a while before he could get out. That was not the case. He said he would fit me in the same day.
