"We were recently travelling on vacation and we noticed some odd behavior coming from the car. We made a reservation at Highlands for what we thought would need to be a tune up. This was not the case and the awesome team at Highlands determined that the transfer case fluid needed to be changed. This is a mechanic shop, they do actual mechanic work and not just what seems obvious. The owner is HIGHLY knowledgeable and takes the time to go through the entire process of what they did, why they did it and what steps if any need to be taken. The area is very fortunate to have a master mechanic that knows his craft and is fair and honest.
