"Absolutley, the most misleading auto salvage I have ever dealt with! We bought a part for our 2005 Jeep Laredo and was told it had a 90-day warranty. We found out the part would not work for our vehicle so, my fiance goes to return it, because after all, we had a "90- day warranty". When my fiance gets there to return the part (we spent a great deal on), he was told he could not return it. We were WELL within 90 days! My fiance was told they would not accept any electrical parts back. After we were told about this so called "warranty". Then, whomever was working pointed to the wall and says, " It's written on our wall,that we cant". Well, sir.. those are not the words that came out of your mouth! You should be ashamed you conduct your business in such a manner. And maybe when someone buys an electrical part from you, its something you should articulate to your customer instead of referring them to a WALL. I'm very disappointed! I run my own small business, here in The Ozarks and would never tell my hard working clients to refer to a wall, if they decided to give me their hard earned dollars. I will make sure to tell people whom are in our situation to go else where."
"On November 15th I ordered headlight parts from this store and was given a date they would be in. I went there on that date and the parts were not in. They said they would be there the next day. They weren't. I called them three times during the week. No parts. I still have not received them, nine days later. Meanwhile my van is illegal and an inspection is due. Today I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and was told that they could have the parts in tomorrow morning for over $100 less than what Clements charged me. So I called Clements to get a refund (so I could buy the parts at O'Reilly) and they refused to give me back my money, even though they haven't given me the parts. So, thanks to Clements, I'm being overcharged about $110 and stll have to wait for whenever."
"Very bad I bought a fuel pump their took it home took it out of the box and it was covered in rust and had large cracks in the casing....it did not work. They would not refund and didnt have anymore matching parts...... Horrible service offered by shady people...."
