"I ordered a Philly cheesesteak burger, but was given a chicken BLT. What's unfortunate is the guy verified my order before handing me the bag, and I do not eat poultry. After arriving home to find the mistake, nobody answered the phone for me to talk to. Don't waste your money as I did. Simply incomprehensible."
"Drive thru person needs to be replaced. All I wanted was a number 5 medium with a coke. I had to repeat my order multiple times. This lady had the worst attitude I've ever seen. Got to the window no hello, no thank you, slammed the window after taking my money and giving me my drink. All I'm saying is if you don't wanna be friendly don't come to work. Food was cold and just tossed in the bag. I dang near want my money back."

"The place is disgusting. And the appearance of each employee is low, they all look like they need a lesson on personal hygiene. Nobody wants dirty people making their food. I couldn’t tell who was the manager when I walked in. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, everything was cold. I took my food back inside the manager Jacob was the rudest individual i’ve ever came across. Since when was it a problem to bring your food back and get what you paid for, especially if all the food was old? He argued the fires were still warm, and i didn’t need fresh fries he would make a new burger is all. Dude comes across as if he hates his job, if he is unhappy please find a new job. Because you shouldn’t be a manager IF someone asks if you could remake food & it’s a problem. Someone asking to have new food made, after showing you it’s old and you get mad? A whole fight because i asked for fresh food. at the end of the day the customer is always right, or i thought that was the Hardee’s way. Do better Hardees."
"Def don't go here. Food was cooked to order but got home and only half eaten by each person. Fries were old by the time the rest of food was cooked. And how do you count half of these as a strip... really. This place only lives because people don't go back and stand up for themselves and ask for money back. But by the reviewers it seems like they will not give you $ back anyhow. Stay away. Just go down the street to Texas Tom's"
