Big Burger

"I have been going to Big Burger for YEARS!! Now it's under new owner/management which is great because now the inside eating and ordering is available! We been going since we moved to the northland in 1978! We like the hamburgers and onion rings but we go primarily for their ice cream!! "The best ice cream in the world! Ok, maybe the best in the northland but it is honestly very good. We went through the drive-thru as always for the past year or so and realized the inside seating and counter is now open! Great news.... next visit I think we will go in! The young man that took our order and subsequently took our money and delivered our shake and sundae was very nice, friendly and helpful since when you pay by card you answer some questions on a hand held computer gadget.... we finally got through the payment process and he was a patient and kind young man but I seriously have never encountered anyone rude. Great little fast food place! Parking is in front of the building!"

"Very very disappointed..haven't eaten there in over a year and never again. terrible terrible food tenderloin was gross asked for mustard and onions only they put ketchup and tomatoes- who eats ketchup on a tenderloin..tasted like old oil - asked no lettuce on hamburger they put it on anyway..onion rings could of cooked longer. ordered mozzarella sticks No marinara sauce ..this place sucks..No way will I ever or my family ever go back- No wonder it's been over a year ago and I will never go back -Next time I'm hungry rather go to sonic up the street..This Place was so terrible..I'm serious Waste of Money...!!!"

"Drive thru only. But they make the best old school burger! And the crispy fries are amazing! I hear the onion rings are great too! CANT complain about the prices EITHER! Deff recommend, for sure has that old school vibe! Sometimes your order may take a little longer than other fast foods but that’s because it’s cooked as ordered always hot fresh and delicious!"

"It was a greesy and tasty burger. I'd suggest doing double a single is 2 thin. The fries are great. Make sure to ask for extra crispy. It will be the right amount of crunch. Can't go wrong with this. If your hungering for a tasty and unhealthy burger. Come here. You won't be disappointed."

"Our first time trying big burger didn't really go as well as I'd hoped. Either the intercom is bad, or the workers aren't very good at hearing. We had to repeat ourselves quite a bit and pretty loud, and when we were done the lady repeated the order to us but was missing something. So we had to go through the frustrating process again of adding what she missed, making it frustrating and confusing for all of us. The service for this part felt like she was just annoyed with us, didn't really appreciate that. We get to the window and we wait a bit, but we don't mind since it's supposed to be made fresh. We get our food, we leave, and when we get home we see that our order was wrong. There is a sign saying check your food before you go, but this seems to be a commonplace issue looking at the other reviews. I just don't understand how you can repeat the order just fine, and then still give the wrong things??? It dosnt make sense. Especially if what I ordered was more expensive than what I received. $25 was a bit much for what I got. The last thing is the food is VERY greasy, like sopping wet with oil, you can literally see how wet the onion rings are with grease. Definitely don't recommend if you have acid reflux or want to get what you actually ordered. The only reason it's getting a two star and not a one star is the food wasn't actually awful"
