"So as I write this at 7:29 pm on a Friday night I'm in the parking lot trying to get some food and they have all doors locked... they are servicing drive thru, but my wife and I are having car trouble in a parking g lot next to this location and cannot use the drive through at the moment, and I was planning on getting food... guess I'll have to go to Freddy's across the street... is it just me or don't these companies all have a uniform time that they close the lobby at or am I ceazy... you just lost a customer."

"Good taste was great. Biggy bag is, i guess, a big version of a kids meal because the burner pattys were tiny. Don't get me wrong,i don't need a lot of food, but the price for mini burgers..."

"Store #00011200 @ 4931 North Oak Trafficway, KCMO Ordered on the App and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Employee said she didn't have an order under my name. We checked to see if it was sent to the wrong location, it was at the correct location and it was paid for with an order confirmation number as well. Lady at the window said there was nothing she could do because it was "a corporate thing". NO refund, NO food, they told me to just leave...TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, RUDE "MANAGER" named "Kaela" allegedly (the same person telling me to leave because there was nothing to do)!! I don't think it's too much to ask a "manager" to resolve a situation for any consumer? We tried... one lady said "WEEZ GONNA CALL THE POE-LICE" (best way i can try and sound out how she said it) if I didn't just leave...without ANY food, WITHOUT ANY REFUND EITHER??!!?? Hey Wendy's on North Oak near Vivion... PLEASE DO NOT FIRE YOUR ENTIRE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!!!! One lady came to the window and was VERY polite, and VERY professional at the end and gave me the managers name at least... Check your cameras, she was the last lady to help us. Still no food/refund/anything but she was a nice woman. AS LONG AS THE REST OF THOSE NASTY, ANGRY, DISRUPTIVE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES ARE THERE.... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I reached out to Wendy's through the app as well as their corp "how can we help" line and have not heard anything back..."

"We ate there, and while the food was good, the condiments was empty. I'm talking no sweet tea, no salt or pepper, no ketchup no eating utensils. And to ask for them you was lucky to get you 2 packs of salt, or a refill of tea the employees acted as if were a huge nuisance"
