"My wife placed an order the night of the Super Bowl victory. Over a hundred dollars in merchandise. We have received no updates for three and a half weeks despite our efforts. Nobody to talk to. Just an unattended email address. We continue to be ignored. I truly expect more from a landmark company in Kansas City like Charlie Hustle. Update: It was never delivered. Our order shows Label Created and that UPS hasn’t received the package yet. It’s been that way since 2/15."

"I purchased the Vegas Superbowl shirts for a trip to Arizona for the Waste Management golf tournament. We wore the shirts on Superbowl Sunday and got several comments and questions about the t-shirts. It was really so much fun to explain that we were from KC and these shirts were a special run of t-shirts from a local company. We were representing Charlie Hustle in AZ!"

"No," was Mary's answer, but talk about going the extra mile. Their Warehouse Manager was making a delivery. Mary promised nothing but asked if he could deliver the jacket. Long story short: Merry Christmas! Mary, you've won loyal customers with my family. Thank you for being so thoughtful, creative and having great thinking skills.
