"All the workers in there were nice, even though we came in 15 minutes to closing time, they didn't rush us. I ended up buying a $25 gift card for my nephew. I appreciated them letting me know about their promotional items. Very clean, orderly, and great service!"

"This place is ok to shop for teens and younger women with slim body's. This store is not for women like me 52 years old i was looking for boots not a big selection and there sweaters or not big enough for me. But there was a very nice lady in the store that was willing to help me out the best way she could."

"One of my favorite places. Not overly expensive and they always have a good sale going on. I'm going to continue to shop at Rue, til I no longer have the desire to. This wasn't my personal experience, but while I was in the store a family with a little girl came back in. The little girl had apparently stolen a candy bar and eaten it and threw the wrapper paper in one of the underwear bins. The manager was super sweet about the situation and calmly along with the child parents explained how stealing is wrong and if it were someone else, how she could go to jail for it. The lady just had the little girl to promise she wouldn't steal anything else and be a good girl. Point is, the manager was very calm and professional and not once did she act crazy. Good job Rue."

"I went to this location for the first time. I've been to a few rue21's before. When I went into this store today, I at first fell nervous to be in there just because I feel insecure being in any store.. Lol. But I talked to a few of the women that were working, and they were so friendly. They helped me with questions and anything I needed. At first I didn't see that they had size 16 pants but I figured since I have been trying to lose weight, i'd try on their 13/14. And believe it or not they had fit. It was such an amazing feeling that I was almost in tears. So I bought 3 pairs of their jeans. When I got up to the front, the women asked me if I found everything okay and I told her that their smaller sized jeans for me wonderfully. She was so excited for me. And it was so encouraging. And I know it's a small gesture but her saying that made my day and made me so wonderful. I definitely love the store. They even got me to buy the pink ice.perfume that I haven't had in years. They also had wonderful sizes and their shirts are long enough to cover stomach since I do have a longer torso. Either way,, sorry for this long review but I was just really happy with my experience and I DEFINITELY plan to be back. With friends too. "
