"Where do I start, made an appt at 10:30 for a simple oil change. It is now 12:00 car has been on the lift for over 40 minutes just checked an eta and they haven’t ever started the car. Manager is on the phone telling people no wait and come on in."

"Predatory business. I went in for an oil change to this Meineke because of a Groupon I bought. They told me that the shop that changed my oil before overtightened the oil plug and they couldn’t get it off, and quoted me $800 to change the entire oil pan. Made it sound like that was the only option and of course pushed their credit card. That seemed fishy so I went back to my regular shop and they got the plug off easily and changed my oil with no problem. Even though I still have another oil change with this company that I already paid for, I will not be back. I do not trust them with my car."

"Customer service was good. The price quoted to me I felt was astronomical. On top of that my wheels have wheel locks on them, and I felt that since I didn’t end up having them do the work that they tightened down my wheel locks so tight that it ruined my wheel lug key. Needless to say they don’t make those keys anymore so I had to figure out a way to get the locks off. Now I have to replace the lug locks on all wheels."
