"First off, I was missing fries in my order. Second off, I feel like your staff should take more pride in their job and take the time to actually package an order correctly. That is all scraps from the fryer there is like no meat to half of that. I don’t need or want that. Just take the time and throw it away. That’s a bit ridiculous."

"Food was good, but room temperature by the time I got home with order to find they didn't give me my mozzarella sticks and gave me regular ranch and not the Chipotle sauce I ordered with my 2 orders of onion rings. I went back and the worker at register accused me of saying everything was in bag and correct. Then finally went and cooked the sticks. I asked for the correct sauce and she told me I had to pay for them. I just wanted what I ordered and payed for. I shouldn't have to feel belittled for their mistake. $70 order I would hope it to be correct and if not, not be treated the way I was."

"Happy you brought back hot bbq. I shared my feedback from our visit via the feedback website listed in previous responses to comments. Have not had bdubs in some time. Happy for the GO location and it was very nice with 2 tables for someone to sit down and eat."

"I didn't even make it in the restaurant. I was previously aware of this place and was about to order when their site told me it would be an hour wait for one order of potato wedges. I wrote the place off until, like many others, I was given an offer in the mail. I made a whole plan of waiting out my hour except it wouldn't accept the promo. As in the website has no place to input the promocode. I am not joking; tells you that it's an option, but no place to put it in. I suspect you need to use the app they're pushing or call them up, but given the other reviews... that's never happening. If you're a local just be aware; enjoy your hour."
