"I love shopping here and I am a regular customer, I love hillcrest and their mission. However there have been in particular a couple rude, disgruntled employees I’ve experienced which seems ironic considering this is a Christian ministry. One in particular had blue/green hair and was rude to me and a friend in two separate encounters at the clearance center. These volunteers/workers shouldn’t be working here if they can’t be kind to customers."

"We love this thift store. You can't beat the prices! Always find something! We drive 45 min each way to get here. We get a cart full everytime. Love getting women's clothes, children clothes and books here! Not so sure about the new outlet part in the basement. The staff is always kind. There is restrooms. This is our favorite thrift store! Great prices! You can buy a cold drink or candy bar. Good prices for toys too!"

"Hillcrest is such a phenomenal place. The work they do for the people in our area that are homeless or need financial assistance is just heartwarming. And it's the perfect place to find clothing and other household items, even books and movies! I once got a $200 J-Crew sweater for $5 there. It's a great place for deals, and I feel so great about my money going to a good cause."
