Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The food was so good. The lady who made my bowl looked like she was on auto pilot. But that's ok. As usual, the dining area was filthy. My biggest problem with Chipotle is that no one ever seems to clean the dining area. It's always gross."

"Chipotle was always a staple for me, I love it. The problem is the company has become greedy. Their CEO publicly made mention that so far they have not noticed much price sensitivity to raising costs. This roughly translates into: "We can still squeeze more money out of our customers, so we're going to keep increasing prices". Their food is good, but lacks consistency at this location. I've had many orders that are wrong. I've noted the increased/inflated pricing per menu item for delivery. Working that into the menu price is sneaky and deceptive. I'll no longer eat at Chipotle. Here are the top reasons I will not go back: - Continued price increases, passing on "inflation" to the end user - Many pickup orders wrong - Ordering online usually means I am waiting in the restaurant for 15 minutes while I watch others walk in and order and walk out. - The drive-through window they put in often is not staffed, I have had no one show, and one time someone asked my name and then never came back I've been going to Chipotle for at least the last 20 years. Should I keep putting up with rising prices and lack of service? Nope. Good luck with the price increases, Chipotle, I'll pass on your pricey, clumsy execution."

"I love Chipotle, but this location is consistently terrible. Ordered two chicken bowls last night and the chicken and the fajita veggies were burn with little black burned chunks in my bowl. Having burned food is very consistent with this location, whether it’s the meat, the veggies, or even the rice. They also consistently get my order wrong. Ordered white rice, got brown. Asked for extra sour cream, hardly got any. We will be driving to another location from now on."

"Looks like it’s time for the health department to get involved. Managers! This is unacceptable! Disgusting! Not a single table was clean and there was food everywhere on the floors. Rude workers. Horrible customer service. I don’t blame them. This begins at the top."
