"3/11/24 8:30pm First of all, the line is taking forever because the young girl taking the money is texting on her phone nonstop. Then when you pull up to get the food, the next young girl is mean mugging like she has an attitude problem, doesn’t greet you or even says thank you, just hands your food and stares with this mean look. Ordered a #1 extra pickles large fries and drink. There wasn’t a single pickle on this basic burger, they gave me medium fries and drink. Didn’t realize it until I got home to eat. Tried to call and of course no one answers. Will management or the owner try to correct this? Most likely not. This will be the last time I go to this location. $12 dollars for some basic fast food meal, it’s not even worth it anymore. Blessing in disguise, I’m not spending another $1 here."

"Too many young people who don't care about their job or your order work there. Almost every time I order from there off of doordash my order is messed up with wrong or missing items. I Just received my order that I spent about $30 on, a lrg sweet tea and the shareable meal of 2 cheeseburgers and 40 Mcnuggets. I put no diced onions, 3 tangy bbq sauce and requested a straw for my drink. I checked the order on my receipt and it shows no diced onions, 3 bbq and add straw but on the sticker for the burger they put no pickle and they added onions to the burgers, only got 20 of the 40 nuggets and no sauces at all. To top it off I got a medium unsweetened tea with no straw. And it's not just McDonald's, it's all these ghetto fast food restaurants in Kansas City. Y'all need to do better, people pay good money they should get what's advertised and what they ask and pay for especially since prices in everything is ridiculous and has gone up so much."

"I'm waited in line for over 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. I had a mobile order and I could not get the attention of any employees. Some of the worst service I've ever had."
