"Good evening, my family and I drove 2 1/2 hours today for a fun family activity and donuts and went to your store after hearing duck donuts is amazing. From the moment my daughter and I walked in we were never greeted. A lady stood at the counter and I told her we had never been before and asked what was good. There no communication other than pointed to the pictures and picking out the donuts from the pictures on the counter. We ordered a dozen and she started making them. She would take the donuts and throw them in the bins of icing, no neatness to them at all. All the flavors were mixed by the end of it because she slopped the other items on top of the icing. We ordered another dozen for a friend and she remained the same. When she finished my daughter said “ thank you” she turned and walked away without a word, so I thought maybe she didn’t hear my daughter so I said “thank you” no acknowledgment at all my the lady. This was by at one of the worst customer interactions I have ever had. By the time we got home a lot of the icing has melted and combined. The friend I bought the dozen for ended up throwing hers in the trash due to the taste. Ours was NOT far behind."

"Disappointed today as the donuts are half the size as they are normally. I guess they are using a lot less batter now with the same prices. Such a shame. I ate one before I took this pic. They are still delicious though."

"I wouldnt give any stars on the food. They literally put some much icing on the donuts it just caked the bottom of the box. Like they iced the donuts from inside the box or something. It Ways very sweet."

"Very creative names and flavor combinations. Clean store with friendly staff. It seems like they mix different syrups to get the flavors and I just didn’t care for how the warm donut made the syrup/topping all runny and messy, which made my hands sticky."

"After stopping by the original location in the Outer Banks, decided to give this location a shot. Didn't disappoint. Fun and tasty. A little overpriced for donuts but the experience and novelty of it is worth it. Great coffee too!"
