"Ordered at 12:05 here in spot one for pick up. It's now 12:30 and I had to go in to get it and wasn't even ready and of course shake machine is also broke so can't complete my order. So much for a lunch break"

"This McDonald’s is the opposite of my stereotype of a fast food restaurant. When I think of a fast food place, I think of sticky floors, maybe someone mopping with a dirty old mop, napkins everywhere, and nasty bathrooms. This McDonald’s was clean from top to bottom. I’m talking clean floors, clean tables, clean windows, clean condiment section, and even clean ordering screens (no nasty little kid paw prints all over like other places.) But, what separated THIS McDonald’s from the others was Carla, the manager. When Carla saw me, she came right up, “How can I help you, KC?” That should tell you something right there. You see - I was wearing a KC Royals polo and a KC Royals hat. So, she had me smiling from the first sentence. She continued to have a smile on her face through the entire interaction and said just the right amount of jokes - you know, not like we’re best friends and not like she had planned out corny jokes. Just friendly. I hope that her positive, friendly attitude, and genuine sense of happiness to be there is an example to the other employees. There should be more people out there like Carla."
