Dutch Bros Coffee

"I’ll be honest, I’m not the biggest coffee person. However my wife is and she loves this place. Once I found out they do energy drinks as well, I was sold. We live close by so we go here nearly every morning and she gets the Iced Salted Caramel Protein Latte, and I get the sugar free Double Rainbro energy drink. It’s the perfect start to our morning and it doesn’t break the bank. Definitely recommend!"

"I’m kind of upset I was handed my drink and drove up a little bit of course and then taste it so I’m out of the drive-through at this point I take a sip of my drink and it fizzes over and goes all over me and my car seat and I always go to Dutch Bros and get The same thing and this has never happened before. It was my second time at this location, no offense, but I hope nothing was wrong like the cold foam wasn’t in the fridge or something. Temperature wise wasn’t mixed together properly. I’m not sure, but I am so upset."

"I haven't given a review in ages, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I've worked in customer service my entire working career. I have never been to Dutch Bros and I live about an hour away, but was in the area for work. There was I believe a red head gal taking my order, and I just wanted to say she gave me the best customer service I've seen in a LONG time. Whatever I ordered or said, she said was 'slay'. She could have thought me order was terrible, but I loved her attitude. Then she asked about my plans for the rest of the day. Her personality was just the best. You have a real gem working for you!!! I hope you see this and know what a delight you are. ❤️"

"My friend who has had Dutch Bros 8n her area for a long time raves about it. This was my first time going and it was amazing. The employees were really cool and great drinks. I didn't know they gave out stickers on the first Wednesday of the month! Im too old to be excited by stickers but here i am super stoked!"

"My experience at this Dutch Bros was not okay. The woman who took my order was very nice and helpful. However once I got to the window to ask about the points I would be receiving, considering I had a free large drink the lady at the window was nothing but rude to me. She made me feel belittled and stupid for asking a simple question that I’m sure she has heard before. I will not be coming back to this Dutch Bros because the environment was nothing but hostile, I want to make it clear that it was not just the lady at the window but it was also the people working inside. The employees here are trained to be welcoming and open to talking to their customers meanwhile, they seem like they were trained to be hateful and absolutely rude."
